Due to the custom handmade nature of the products, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. If for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase or the item arrives damaged, please contact us so that we can find a solution together.

Care : it is recommended that all products be hand washed cold and then lay flat to dry.

Shipping times on all made to order/custom items is currently 2-3 weeks. Many times, this is an overestimation and the item will arrive sooner, however, please schedule for the full 2-3 week timeframe.

All items are handmade and shipped from Texas. Once packages leave our shop, The Sticki Streets Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipments delivered to an incorrect address. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct and accurate when the order is placed. If your package does get lost, let us know and we will do everything we can to help.
